This 50-minute session, via Zoom or phone, will give you an opportunity to explore if Focusing is right for you. We’ll gently bring awareness to something in your life that is perhaps not working for you. You will remain in control of your own process at all times, and I’ll be there with suggestions and invitations to support you.
