Building on Level 1 this training will deepen your experience and capacities in working in a Focusing partnership and on your own. Offered over 5 weeks, every Tuesday, 7.00 to 9.30pm via Skype. This training will be facilitated by Alistair McKinnon, Certified Teacher, The Intl Focusing Institute

Focusing Level 2 - Accompanying the Inner Relationship
- deepen your experience of Focusing, enhancing your skills as a companion
- learn about being a nurturing companion to the Focusing process
- spend more time with Presence, experiencing qualities of Presence as they come in Focusing partnership
- learn how the partner can support the Focuser's Presence
- spend more at the edge, and symbolising... and how the partner can help the Focuser stay at the edge
- advance listening skills are taught, including saying back the presently felt emotion
- companions are given a script for a "leading-in" the Focuser
Please note: completion of Focusing Level 1 Training jn Australia is a prerequisite to attending this Focusing Level 2 Training.
